Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sulha mobile application ("Sulha," "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using Sulha, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Sulha is developed and operated by RGA Studios ("we," "our," "us").

1. What Sulha is

Sulha is a personal wellness companion for Android. It includes tools for:

Sulha is a wellness and self-reflection tool, not a medical device, mental health treatment, or substitute for professional care.

The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Content generated by Sulha — including morning canvases, evening reflections, weekly insights, and Islamic guidance — is for personal reflection only.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your country immediately. Some resources:

3. AI-generated content

Sulha uses Google's Gemini API to generate personalized reflections. This content is:

While we have designed prompts to encourage supportive, thoughtful content, AI can produce responses that are inaccurate, generic, or occasionally inappropriate. If you receive content that feels wrong or harmful, please stop using the feature and contact us.

You are responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated content.

4. Islamic content

Sulha's Islamic mode includes ayat (Quranic verses), hadith references, dhikr, duas, and reflections on Islamic themes. This content is provided for personal spiritual reflection.

For scholarly guidance on matters of Islamic practice, please consult a qualified imam, scholar, or fatwa council. Sulha is not a source of religious authority.

5. Your account and data

You do not create an account to use Sulha. All your data is stored on your device.

6. In-app purchases and Sulha Premium

Sulha offers a Premium tier via in-app purchase through Google Play. Premium unlocks features including AI Daily Canvas, Win Condition & If-Then Rules, Wind-Down Routine, Islamic Wellness Mode, Muhasabah, Full Meditation Library, Weekly AI Insights, Unlimited Habits & Journal, and other features as described in the App.

6.1 Payment

All purchases are handled by Google Play. RGA Studios never receives your payment card details.

6.2 Subscription auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through Google Play → Account → Subscriptions.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play per their policies. We may support refund requests but cannot process refunds directly.

6.5 Price changes

We may change prices at any time. Existing paid subscribers will be notified of any material price change before it takes effect.

8. Intellectual property

Sulha, including its design, code, illustrations, and non-user-generated content, is owned by RGA Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your content stays yours. Journal entries, mood notes, muhasabah entries, and other content you create in Sulha belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your personal reflections.

Quranic verses, hadith, and Islamic content in Sulha are quoted from public-domain or widely-permitted sources and used for educational and spiritual purposes.

Sulha is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGA Studios and its owner(s), employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, emotional distress, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Sulha is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RGA Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using Sulha at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Premium features if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the App or a specific feature. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice within the App.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you within the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Sulha will be resolved through informal negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts (such as EU member states), nothing in these Terms limits that right.
