صُلْحَة SULHA · RECONCILIATION · PEACE

A daily practice of
reconciliation with yourself.

Sulha is a quiet companion for the two most honest moments of your day — the morning you're about to walk into, and the evening you're about to close.

Free to try. Optional Premium unlocks the full AI canvas & Islamic wellness mode.

Sulha is Arabic for reconciliation — the act of making peace, especially with yourself. It's the word we chose because it names what a good wellness practice actually does: not optimize you, not fix you, but help you sit honestly with your own life at the start and end of each day.

Two moments,
every day.

MORNING

The morning canvas.

A single card — generated fresh each morning — that names what matters today: your one focus, your action steps, one line worth keeping, and a rule for when the day tries to pull you off course.

Not a to-do list. A frame for the day.

EVENING

The evening reflection.

An honest look at how the day actually went. Not a rating. A recovery plan for tomorrow, one rule worth carrying forward, and — if you'd like — a Muhasabah, the Islamic practice of nightly self-accountability.

Not a diary entry. A reset before sleep.

Both are generated with care by an AI trained to be a thoughtful companion, never a therapist. You bring the honesty; it holds the frame.

The full companion.

Beyond the two moments, Sulha holds space for everything else a considered wellness practice needs.

01

Mood, honestly tracked

Five moods, colored the way they feel. Tags for what's affecting you. A note field for when a word is enough.

02

Journal without the pressure

Prompts when you need them, blank space when you don't. Your entries stay on your device. Always.

03

Habits, in muted jewels

Track up to eight quiet habits. Weekly progress. Streaks that don't shout at you when you miss one.

04

Sleep and Wind-Down

Log the night, see the week. Or use the guided Wind-Down routine to release the day before you close it.

05

Meditation library

A dozen guided sessions across morning, calm, sleep, focus, and confidence. Plus dhikr and Quran-reflection sessions in Islamic mode.

06

Breathing, done right

Box breathing, 4-7-8, and other techniques with a proper animated circle. Inhale, pause, exhale, pause.

النِّمْطُ الإِسْلَامِي

A companion that respects
the tradition of stillness.

Toggle Islamic mode on and Sulha quietly reshapes itself. The morning canvas welcomes an ayah and a niyyah. The evening reflection becomes a Muhasabah. Your dhikr counter is one tap away. A dua library, sorted by the moment you need it.

Dhikr counter

With a soft haptic on each tap and progress rings for common targets — 33, 100, 500.

Dua library

Organized by occasion — morning, evening, difficulty, gratitude. Arabic in the Amiri script.

Muhasabah

The nightly practice of self-accountability. Structured, without being clinical.

Ayah of the day

A single verse each morning, with translation, reflection, and context.

وَاذْكُر رَّبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعًا وَخِيفَةً
"And remember your Lord within yourself, humbly and with awe…" — Al-A'raf 7:205
